“We looked around for several months prior to listing our home with Greg -my wife and I spoke to allot of Real Estate Professionals prior to listing with Greg. Some of them, our personal friends. Every realtor - wants your listing, or, to help you find a home and they are all very good, but here are a few things to keep in mind and that played in my decision to work with Greg on the sale of my Tustin area home. 1- Greg is a Tustin area "specialist." He grew up in Tustin, went to Foothill High School and now lives in the area. His family - lives in the area. He can give local comp's, street information, schools, homes that have sold and that are going to sell - to get you the best value for the home that you want and the home that you are selling! There is no price tag for this - but it is vital for your success. 2 - Greg, has the experience and patience to be your guide weather you are buying or selling a home. He knows allot of people and his background prior to getting into real estate full time provides him with the attitude to do this job. "Mr. Optimism," is what I called him, and trust me, you are going to need his help and attitude because there is an issue that will come up where he will be your best source of help and sanity. 3 - Before I sold my home, I went over Greg's marketing plan - and he executed it perfectly. Additionally, Greg gave me the "list of 10 things," that I needed to do to sell my home - prior to actually listing it. He gets these items from the pre - inspection that he does BEFORE your home goes on the market. I chose to correct all of the items on this list - and my home sold in 7 days, full price, with two minor issues on the buyer inspection. It was money well spent recruiting Greg to sell my home for my wife and I. “I first met Greg when he dropped by my house while I was outside in my yard. He asked if I was interested in selling my house (I was but hadn't started any contact activity). We sat down and talked about what my plans were, etc. He went into detail on his approach, and background. He displayed intense market knowledge relative to my property. He offered a $30,000 no interest loan for improvements (which I used). He Gave me tips on improving some of the areas in my back and side yards as well. The improvement loan was used to install new flooring throughout, reglazing in both bathrooms, some minor repairs and paint throughout, and staging. We relocated to the east coast and Greg kept me posted frequently as the work progressed. The house looked fantastic when all was done! Greg kept me posted regularly as the sale process progressed.
