“We looked around for several months prior to listing our home with Greg -my wife and I spoke to allot of Real Estate Professionals prior to listing with Greg. Some of them, our personal friends. "Mr. Optimism," is what I called him, and trust me, you are going to need his help and attitude because there is an issue that will come up where he will be your best source of help and sanity. 3 - Before I sold my home, I went over Greg's marketing plan - and he executed it perfectly. Additionally, Greg gave me the "list of 10 things," that I needed to do to sell my home - prior to actually listing it. “I first met Greg when he dropped by my house while I was outside in my yard. He asked if I was interested in selling my house (I was but hadn't started any contact activity). We sat down and talked about what my plans were, etc. He went into detail on his approach, and background. He displayed intense market knowledge relative to my property. He offered a $30,000 no interest loan for improvements (which I used). He Gave me tips on improving some of the areas in my back and side yards as well. The improvement loan was used to install new flooring throughout, reglazing in both bathrooms, some minor repairs and paint throughout, and staging. We relocated to the east coast and Greg kept me posted frequently as the work progressed. The house looked fantastic when all was done! Greg kept me posted regularly as the sale process progressed. We closed the sale in mid August. I am in the process of finding my new home in New Hampshire and Greg makes himself readily available to provide me with guidance.
